Frequently Asked Questions

No referral is needed. Contact our clinic to book an initial skin consultation and we’ll take it from there.

This is determined during your consultation. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — the right treatment depends on your skin type, the concern you want to address, and your medical history. We’ll give you a straightforward recommendation based on what we find.

Most treatments are well-tolerated. Injectables involve a brief stinging sensation. Skin needling and some laser treatments may cause mild discomfort during the procedure, which settles quickly. We’ll let you know what to expect before we begin.

This varies by treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections are a single appointment repeated every 3–4 months. Skin needling and IPL typically require a course of 3–6 sessions. We’ll outline what’s recommended at your consultation.

Side effects vary by treatment and are discussed at your consultation before you commit to anything. Common examples include mild redness or swelling after injectables, and temporary redness after skin needling or laser treatments.

Any invasive procedure carries risks. Before proceeding, you should seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.
